FAQ OscWare <--> Webshops
Interface no longer works after an update to PHP 7.x
Problem: After updating to PHP 7.x OscWare does not work anymore.
Solution: Please install the latest OscWare connectordata. Instructions for the connectordata
After a restart, operations already set up in OscWare are missing.
Problem: After a restart of OscWare, e.g. the order import or article update is no longer displayed, although everything worked before.
Explanation: All OscWare configurations are bound to a source and a target system. Each system has a name. In case of a webshop the whole OscWare configuration is bound to the webshop name. If you change this name, then the problem described above occurs.
Solution: Either you rename the name as it was before the change or you contact the support via the OscWare ticket system. The support must then manually adjust the configuration to the new store name. The effort for this is calculated with 100 EUR.
I cannot add or change a domain name.
Problem: In OscWare configuration under step 1, you cannot add a new domain or change an existing domain.
Solution:Adding or changing a domain in the OscWare configuration is only possible through support. Please create a request via the OscWare ticket system. The change of the license is free of charge.
